Location Fernitz/Graz, full-time (38,5h/w) – 4-day-week option

OUR JOB – YOUR PASSION:

  • Independent processing of customer enquiries
  • Order entry and project administration
  • Follow-up of quotations and monitoring of deadlines
  • Receiving and processing complaints
  • Data maintenance in IT systems
  • Interface with internal departments as well as partners, customers and suppliers
  • Support in administrative and organisational matters

IS IT YOU?

  • Completed technical or commercial education
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical environment
  • Practiced handling of MS-Office
  • Very good command of German and English, further language skills are beneficial
  • Strong communication skills and team player mentality
  • High level of commitment and autonomy
  • Solution- and customer-oriented way of working
  • Reliability and accuracy

For this position the compensation in accordance with the IT collective agreement is at least EUR 2.223, - gross monthly.
