Location Fernitz/Graz, full-time (38,5h/w) – 4-day-week option

OUR JOB – YOUR PASSION:
- Independent processing of customer enquiries
- Order entry and project administration
- Follow-up of quotations and monitoring of deadlines
- Receiving and processing complaints
- Data maintenance in IT systems
- Interface with internal departments as well as partners, customers and suppliers
- Support in administrative and organisational matters
IS IT YOU?
- Completed technical or commercial education
- At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical environment
- Practiced handling of MS-Office
- Very good command of German and English, further language skills are beneficial
- Strong communication skills and team player mentality
- High level of commitment and autonomy
- Solution- and customer-oriented way of working
- Reliability and accuracy

For this position the compensation in accordance with the IT collective agreement is at least EUR 2.223, - gross monthly.
