IT Support Engineer (all genders)

Location Fernitz/Graz, full-time

OUR JOB – YOUR PASSION:

  • 1st/2nd level support (customer helpdesk)
  • Processing and follow-up of enquiries
  • In-depth technical error analysis
  • Monitoring the IT infrastructure, especially the network and WLAN solutions
  • Carrying out of user training and creating technical documentation
  • Collaboration in projects
  • On-call service

IS IT YOU?

  • Completed higher technical education in the field of computer science
  • Professional experience with network solutions is beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. script languages, C# or JAVA) and relational database systems
  • Know-How of network technologies in the LAN and WLAN environment
  • Eager to learn new areas and technologies
  • Goal- and result-oriented way of working and enjoying working in a team
  • Very good command of German and English
  • International travel required, driving licence class B

For this position the compensation in accordance with the IT collective agreement is at least EUR 2.635, - gross monthly, for young professionals EUR 2.503, - gross monthly.
