Junior Sales Manager (all genders)

Location Fernitz/Graz, full-time

We are looking for dynamic personalities who want to become part of a highly motivated team. 


  • Acquisition of new customers, support and expansion of existing customer relationships
  • Customer needs assessment and advice on suitable solutions
  • Presentation of the entire range of services
  • Calculation of projects and proposal preparation
  • Conducting price negotiations and closing deals
  • Participation and preparation of trade fairs
  • Collaboration in the creation of marketing and sales documents


  • Completed technical or commercial education (HTL, HAK, UAS, Uni)
  • First relevant professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a technical environment
  • Distinct technical affinity and sound know-how in the field of IT
  • Proficiency in presentation techniques and MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English (further language skills are beneficial)
  • Strong communication skills, team mentality and joy of success
  • International travel required, driving licence class B

For this position the compensation in accordance with the IT collective agreement is at least EUR 2.635, - gross monthly.
